CAE42 is the CRM and ERP portal of Keppler IT-Systems GmbH: companies and people, quotes, orders and invoices, projects and calendar in one shared data set. You involve suppliers, service providers and customers in your processes with their own accounts.
Scope of services
What CAE42 does for you
Three steps that belong together and that many companies still keep in three different programs: record, link, invoice.
Link
Records are linked to each other instead of being repeated: the line item to the document, the document to the company, the task to the project. Whoever opens a record sees what is attached to it.
Invoice
Quote, order, invoice and credit note are variants of one document. The invoice number is only assigned when the invoice is signed off; open items, dunning run and revenue result from the invoices and payments.
Projects
Projects with lists, tasks and time entries on one board. Cards move from list to list with the mouse, and the booked time is attached to the task rather than to a separate timesheet.
Sales
Sales opportunities pass through six stages from lead to won or lost. Value and probability produce the forecast, and the won opportunity becomes the quote.
Calendar
The calendar shows the appointments and deadlines that are already in the portal: validity of quotes, due dates of invoices, contract deadlines. Whoever works in the portal keeps the calendar up to date along the way.

Invoice support with vNOC42
Do you look after your customers’ IT with our vNOC42 portal? Then CAE42 can invoice your support per period: for each customer you look after, you store a base price and a price per monitored system, and the portal creates a draft invoice after each month, quarter or year.

In CAE42 almost every business object is a configurable type. You create new types with their own fields yourself, without any programming. Every record belongs to exactly one tenant.
